At this early stage of our development, we are focused on developing the key steps to be successful. And that means being able to communicate with our overall Team, and being able to adjust to the unexpected. This is crucial to keep engaged, and continuing to progress. There are always going to be setbacks, so plan for that, and prepare for easy forward planning. Being strategic is very important so spend time with strategic planning.
Developing The Ideas
Many have ideas, and some of the ideas are good. Some are even of value. The key to developing the ideas is to execute on the vision while being aware that pivots may be necessary at an early stage.
As the ideas begin to take true shape, it is critical to get feedback from your trusted network. We have advisors with expertise in many areas, and those advisors are who we will provide with the early details to poke holes through, or not. The exercise here is key to keeping the flow of development moving forward.
